For someone who is so enthusiastic about MICHAEL house, he sure doesn't even know how to frogging spell it! Lol. Idiot. Anyway, tomorrow, as the 'michealite' mentioned, there may not be Batch PT because of the reasons he mentioned, but do try to come down on your own to practise and have your own regiment of exercises you can do and SHOULD be doing if Batch PT is not on.
Once again, let's try our best for that SYF GOLD and break that 10-year 'silver era'.
