Reflection~
Today Mr Tan didnt come... so we jux run through SYF pieces. Wasnt as up to standard. Perhaps everyone was rather tired after running ..
So, Mrs Chua came to give a talk to us. She looks uneasy as she walk in. Then she was sharing some things that happened at Marsling Sec. So bandsmen were feeling stressed out there and wanna quit. But I think SJIMB bandsmen wun really that stress till we wanna quit i hope!?!! All we can do is have a talk with ME(Samuel).... Im a good listener..
Mrs Chua shared with us a story too. Its about ' Only ourselves can help ourselves' . And I totally agree with that. The band now have a vast improvement in terms of music. We have almost reach a standard of getting gold easily. But there still 1 last obstacle to pass. Thats ourselves. On stage , some will get stage fright and its cause by?? Ourselves. But wad can we do? Stay strong and keep our goal in mind. Ignore wads infront of u. Concentrate and focus. Be connected to each and every bandsmen. Listen to everyone. Look at Mr Tan, interect with him musically. Thats the way to get gold mans!
Hope we take in all advice and continue to work hard and practise.

the batch.
We are the SJIMB Batch of 2010. And we rock yours socks off. TOO BAD.
We would like to thank all our seniors especially Sir Dominic to help us bond through our years in the SJIMB. That pumping session outside the bandroom really helped sir. Haha. Thanks!

1) 100% attendence for:
-at least 5 parades in a row
-a batch photo
-a batch outing
2) Make a passing out video
3) Make a video of us doing drills retarded/screwed up version
4) Kope for stuff for passing down eg. Bus signs and 'floor is wet' signs[or more epic stuff]
5) Gain respect as a batch and as individual Sec 4 Bandsmen
Last but not least, to leave the SJIMB at the end of the year as one of the BEST batches ever.
